10 Amazing ways to use hibiscus for your hair growth
Mother nature provides all you require from food, self-care components, healing components and medicinal components. Hibiscus is one such natural ingredient that can be used for healthy and beautiful hair. Hibiscus plants have been regarded in Ayurveda for their hair growth stimulating properties for a long time now. Both the petals and leaves of the hibiscus are believed to promote hair follicle growth and even cover bald spots.
Benefits of hibiscus for hair
Stimulates hair growth
Hibiscus flowers contain naturally occurring amino acids that supply nourishment to the hair and aid in hair growth. These amino acids are used to make keratin, a structural protein which is known as the building block of hair. Keratin is a protein that binds the hair and makes it less prone to breakage. It also makes hair more manageable by increasing the overall thickness of hair strands. Instead of spending money on damaging keratin treatments, you can start using hibiscus on your hair.
Prevents baldness
Hibiscus can help thicken hair and prevent hair loss. In addition, the use of hibiscus is claimed to be as beneficial as a remedy for baldness.
Helps in curing dandruff
Conditions hair
Hibiscus flowers and leaves are abundant in mucilage, which serves as a natural conditioner. Crushed hibiscus flowers and leaves have a slimy texture as a result of this naturally produced conditioner.
